How do I initiate a return or exchange?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please use our online portal to generate a prepaid return label. For exchanges, simply return the original item and place a new order.

We stand behind our craftsmanship. All Big Agnes apparel and gear are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If a product fails due to a manufacturing flaw, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
How should I care for my technical outerwear?
To maintain the integrity of waterproof coatings and down insulation, we recommend machine washing in cold water with a specialized technical cleaner. Tumble dry on low heat with clean tennis balls to restore loft, and avoid using fabric softeners or bleach.
